Calcot Park 'C' Team

The C Team is open to all male full members of the club with a handicap of 13 to 19.

We play matches against six local clubs. Each match is 8 a-side, fourball betterball matchplay, with the usual ¾ handicap allowance. There are home and away fixtures against each club every year with the exception of Newbury who we play once a year, alternating between Calcot and Newbury. In some cases we play our matches on the same dates as the B Team. All matches are on Saturday afternoons, apart from Newbury which is on a Thursday afternoon.

Most matches are followed by a dinner, some have a brunch beforehand. Jackets and club ties are required for the dinners but not for the brunches. The cost is approximately £14 per match to cover the food.

When entering your name for selection, please remember that you are expected to play in the home and away fixtures.

We also have an annual end of season match against the B Team and a match against the 20 section in the summer. Priority in these matches is given to members who have played in matches against other clubs.
