The Members Area New Year's Honours for Hallett and Otto

The January Tom Evans Foursomes competition was won by Steve Hallett and Dan Otto with 43 points, two ahead of Club Captain, Charlie Trayhorn who was partnered with John Gatward.

Kevin Payne and Vyv James won third pace with 39 points.

The roof was raised slightly on the announcement of Roy Burt and Dave Sullivan winning the Special Prize! Full results here.

Great result also for the Mail on Sunday team who beat Henley Golf Club 3-2 in the first round of this popular national competition. This year's competition sees some 3,000 golf clubs participating.

Calcot Park Survey

The closing date for our member's survey has now passed. Some 50% of all members took part in the survey and we would like to thank you for your frank and open views.
The electronically submitted surveys are now being analysed and fused with the information gleaned from those members who presented their views via hard copy.
You may recall that, as a small incentive, we offered a sleeve of balls to 3 members who completed the survey (picked at random). We are pleased to announce the winners are:- Richard Robinson, Anthony Mills and Steve Clifton. Congratulations! Please feel free to call into the Pro Shop and pick a sleeve of balls of your choice.

Ladies Golf Academy Generates Interest

The Calcot Park Golf Academy has launched an advertising campaign to attract ladies who would like to learn to play golf or those ladies who have played in the past and would now to return to the game and develop their golfing skills.
