INFORMATION FOR ORGANISERS

For Catering and Tee-time booking purposes, final numbers must be confirmed by telephone at least 48 hours prior to the visit and this number will, subject to the minimum charge, form the basis of the final account. We regret that, due to unfortunate experiences in recent years, this condition will be strictly enforced. Any shortfall of numbers on the day will be funded from the non-refundable deposit.

We suggest that as Organiser, you obtain full monies from your members before you telephone us 48 hours in advance. This should avoid any embarrassment on the day. We may be able to accommodate late increases in numbers but, due to catering arrangements, any decrease in the numbers advised 48 hours in advance will have to be paid for.

The Organiser must report to the Club Office on arrival and is responsible for settling the account in Cash or with ONE Cheque before departure from the Clubhouse. Individual cheques will not be accepted.

The Organiser is to ensure that all members of the Society understand and comply with the Rules of Golf and the Club and Course etiquette. The Organiser is responsible for the standard of play of all members in the Society together with their behaviour on the Course and in the Clubhouse.
